Returns
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for defective products only. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

Defective Product Replacement
If your product is defective, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We will replace defective items with a new, identical product as quickly as possible.

You can return defective products using one of the following methods:

  • By Mail: Ship the defective product back to us. Please email us at [info@nenitony.com] to get the return address. We will cover the shipping costs.
  • By Email: Send us detailed pictures of the defective product to [info@nenitony.com]. Include your order number and a brief description of the defect.

Return Costs and Replacement Delivery Time
We will replace the defective product at no additional cost to you. Shipping for the replacement product is free. The delivery time for the new product is estimated to be 5–14 business days.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. If you are eligible for a return or replacement, you will not incur any additional fees. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, so we make the return process as easy and straightforward as possible without any hidden charges.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available for incorrect or damaged items. If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, email us at [info@nenitony.com] with pictures of the incorrect or damaged goods, and we’ll take care of it. We always try to replace damaged products with a new one, and only as a last resort will we issue a refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Currently, we don’t offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Be sure to check the sizing charts in the product description section of each item to get the best fit. In rare cases where items are mislabeled, contact us at [info@nenitony.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and pictures of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement or offer a refund!

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. If the product has not yet entered production, we will make every effort to halt its processing. Please note, prompt action is required as cancellations can only be processed before production begins.
